Heath, deeply loved son, brother, friend and treasured father of 2yr old Matilda - affectionately
known as Matty, fell asleep today (22 Jan) in his Broome Street apartment. Exact cause of death is
unknown right now, but as always press speculation is at an all time high...
Heath was well known for his acting skills and most famous for his role in Brokeback Mountain and he
stars in the upcoming The Dark Knight Batman movie as the Joker.
As many will know he split last year from partner, Michelle, with whom he has his beloved daughter,
Matty.

KIM (Heaths father): We, Heaths family, can confirm the very tragic, untimely and accidental passing
of our dearly loved son, brother and doting father of Matilda. Michelle is now making a tearful dash
from Sweden to New York with Matilda after learning of Heaths passing.

MICHELLE: I am the mother of the most tender-hearted, high-spirited, beautiful little girl who is
the spitting image of her father.
All I can cling to is his presence inside her that reveals itself every day.
His family and I watch Matilda as she whispers to trees, hugs animals and takes steps two at a time,
and know hes with us still. She will be brought up in the best memories of him.
My heart is broken.
Please respect our need to grieve privately.

***UPDATE***
As many will have seen on news bulletins by now, it is confirmed that Heath passed due to accidental
overdose. This DOES NOT make him a drug addict..Lets hope the media will now accept this and report
on Heath only for the legacy he has left behind in his admired work. Love to all.

LOVED.
I'm deeply sad that Heath's not here to enjoy his success and to see how people love him.This is just heartbreaking,and so very unfair.He should be here in everyday life,acting and appearing on the big screen,and with his loved daughter Matilda.And walking the red carpet at sunday's oscars.
Heath's untimely death,over 1 year ago,is tragic.We lost the best actor of our generation.And an extraordinary,truly beautiful person.Heath,was(is) a treasure,a special soul living in a beautiful body.His time in this world was too short,but he touched us all,and he left a legacy that will live on like his movies.
Heath lives on through his amazing,brilliant work and his legacy of loving kindness as a human being.
His memory will shine bright forever.
He will never be forgotten,but always loved and missed.

Such a sad loss, such a talent. You were always so humble if not a little shy...so endearing. You will be remembered for a very long time and missed forever. Miss you Heath. Your talent and life was a huge loss to this Earth, your loving embrace and kindness, a huge loss for Matilda Rose who celebrated her 3rd birthday without her amazing Daddy. I'm sure you were still there though. You wouldn't have missed it.

I was watching Brokeback Mountain the other day and I just started crying for no reason. Heath was like my best friend (although I never met him myself) I know that Heath didn't like to be in the spot light or be the centre of attention, and I totally admire him for that as most celebrities always want to be the centre of attention, Heath was different and Such a Fantastic actor.
Rest In Peace Heath.
